To maintain this discretion, no photos, videos, or recordings are permitted at any time. Any attempt to capture or document our encounter will result in the immediate termination of the session.

If we cross paths in public, we will remain strangers. No acknowledgment, no interaction—discretion is essential.

I choose to spend my time with accomplished, respectful gentlemen who value quality over quantity. I am highly selective and respond only to inquiries that demonstrate genuine interest and alignment. Punctuality is a simple sign of respect. Please arrive and depart on time. If you’re running late, let me know as soon as possible— I’ll do my best to accommodate, if my schedule allows.

Likewise, please do not stay beyond our agreed-upon time. Overextending without prior arrangement is inconsiderate and may result in not being invited back.

This applies to communication as well: kindly keep messages focused on planning, confirming, or inquiries directly related to our time together. If you’re craving more connection in between, I offer the Signed by Eros package for that very reason.

Please arrive freshly showered, as I will for you. I provide a shower, unscented toiletries, and mouthwash for your convenience. Good hygiene is an easy and appreciated gesture that enhances our shared experience.

Please place the donation in an unsealed envelope in the bathroom upon arrival. No discussion of rates or finances should occur during or after our time together.

Respect is everything. My boundaries are in place to ensure safety, comfort, and mutual enjoyment. If you're ever unsure about anything, simply ask. Pushing boundaries will end the session immediately, without refund, and you will not be welcomed back. If necessary, I may inform others in the community to prioritize safety.

Unacceptable behavior includes:

• Rudeness, aggression, or threats

• Attempting to negotiate or push limits

• Disregarding the no-recording rule

• Arriving under the influence of drugs

• Prying into my personal life beyond what I feel comfortable sharing, or attempting to date outside of our mutually agreed upon arrangements

Important Notes:

• I have a strict no-drug policy.

• 420/cigarettes are not welcome (save these for after  our session)

• eCigs are acceptable if used respectfully.

That said, I’m happy to share a glass of fine champagne if we both feel the mood calls for it— always within the bounds of respect and discretion.

Due to the limited number of engagements I accept, cancellations impact my availability significantly.

• Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the total fee is due.

• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: 100% of the fee is required.

Failure to pay a cancellation fee means you will not be rebooked.

Established, respectful clients may be granted flexibility for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
